Project Covering Industrial Waste Disposal Permits and Recycling Expansionary Plan

Absrtact
The Project has been executed through the three major aspects of integrating industrial resource recycling, improving resource recycling and reuse laws, and upgrading the effectiveness of industrial resource recycling & its application. By compiling the current waste-related laws and regulations as the basic data for industrial recycling operations, we have studied to formulate the "Key Points for the Operation of Reviewing Waste Disposal Plans in Resource Recycling Network”. At the same time, we have inventoried laws and regulations, and analyzed the Waste Disposal Act and its related sub-laws for revision in a three-stage manner, which will help the EPA to establish a key resource recycling network to promote work. And the current waste recycling models compilation will act as the basis for subsequent management and operation mechanisms, and relevant supporting measures will be planned. At the same time, guidelines for application and review operations will be developed, so that all sectors may follow, which will help the integration of up-, mid- and down-stream businesses at the resource recycling network and thereby unblock resource circulation paths from big to small firms, so as to establish a "virtual park of resource circulation". Through expert review meetings, on-site surveys, or briefings on counseling and promoting industrial recycling, businesses that have applied for planned permits or that have potential to apply may better understand the applications and operational legality of the resource recycling network. This, we believe, will facilitate waste reduction and effective recycling.
